SPECIAL NOTICE, READ CAREFULLY
We have noticed that some shooters on the outdoor range do not read the range rules. The most violated rule is SINGLE LOAD ONLY on the uncovered 50yd and the entire 100yd range. This means that only ONE round is allowed in the rifle at a time. This further means that you do not put a magazine in the rifle with more than one bullet in it. If you are caught shooting with multiple rounds in the rifle, an Incident Report will be written, your range card will be shut off and you will be required to attend a meeting with the Range Safety Committee. This means that by the time this whole process takes place, you will be without range privileges for at least 3 months. There is no excuse to violate this rule. It is very easy to accidently discharge a second shot with a semi-automatic rifle with the recoil of the rifle, which could very likely go over the berm. Please review the range rules and don’t let a suspension of your shooting privileges happen to you. There will be no more warnings given.
See you around the club!
