Last month I reported about the possible finding of Invasive ‘Silver Carp’ DNA in the St. Joseph River. Right after that announcement, there was a report indicating that after re-testing the information was “incorrect”. But, please do continue to Clean Drain and Dry to prevent the spread of invasive species.
Our Salmon fishing trip to the Pere Marquette near Baldwin was…..well…to put it gently, a small disaster. We didn’t have a great plan and the sketchy cell service was a big hindrance. If it happens next fall, we will need to have a detailed plan prior to departure.
Looking forward to having some ice on Townsend Lake and a February Ice Fishing outing. Stay tuned.
