“I want to express my deepest gratitude towards you and the care package sent. I am currently on deployment and received your care package today. This has brightened my day tremendously. I have not received any packages in the past, so this means so much to have opened this and seen the good things you have blessed me with. Very refreshing and brought tears to my eyes to feel appreciated by someone outside of my ship. Thank you so much! I pray God continues to bless you and all your goals, ambitions, and family endeavors! Keep doing great things for the Sailors because it means a lot to us! Stay blessed.

” I wanted to write a quick letter to thank you and the Michigan community for the thoughtful boxes you sent my way.  Every gift was well thought out and loved amongst my shipmates and I.  It is people like you all who make our job worth it.
I have two daughters, ages nine and three, whom I cannot wait to get back to and love on.  We left in December and miss home and our families dearly but your boxes boost our morale and keep us going.  Thank you again for your thoughtfulness and love.
