President’s Message May 2022

Greetings!

Well it’s April 9th and coming out to the club I realize spring might finally be here! Literally every sub group has something going on!

Starting in the back, muzzleloaders are having a fun shoot that looks like it is well attended. WHRRI is having its first open track day with over 100 cars registered. On the action pistol range there is a match going on with lots of participants. Moving out to the 100, 50 and 25 yard range, there were 15 in-dividuals who perhaps finally decided it was warm enough to sight in the new Christmas rifle. And finally, I saw Quarter midgets were practicing and getting ready for their upcoming season.

Then I looked over to shotgun, and as usual for a Saturday morning, they were busy. Now, I go across the street to archery and they are busy with their first outdoor 3D event of the season.

Yep, like I said before, you know its spring when everyone is out and about at the club. If you weren’t there, I guess it’s too bad you missed out. Don’t wait! Just come on out and join us.
