Letter Written To Desert Angels

Dear Desert Angels, (a letter that was received)

Such a beautiful thing you are doing for this world. I’m not sure how you got our information. The first box we received was a reminder that we have people and most importantly, God, watching out for us. We both cried as we opened them, our hearts so happy and for a moment everything seemed okay. Every time we open another, I can see the smile on his face and the joy it brings him, and for that, I am forever grateful.

He’s been very grateful for all the goodies you all have sent so he’ll have something other than an MRE out in the field. Everything in the boxes from the greetings cards, prayer cards, and the beautiful drawings we have treasured. This has truly warmed our hearts and made me think about what more I can do for our troops in years to come. If I could give every person involved with these boxes a huge hug I would. For now, I’ll be sending love and prayers. Again, thank you so much, to you and your beautiful community for doing this.
