NOTICE: Effective 7/21/2021 Participation of Electric vehicles has been suspended until WHRRI obtains specialized equipment to deal with Electric Vehicle emergencies.

Cancellation Policy (Changed for 2022 – please read!)

•     10% base cancellation fee
•     30% cancellation fee if notification is  received between 48 to 72 hours of the event.
•     50% cancellation fee for notification received in the 48 to 24 hours prior to the event.
•     100% cancellation fee within 24 hours prior to event.
•     No Show or arrival after Registration Close on event day will lose their spot and receive NO REFUND.   
•     Track Pack/Credit cancellations: Penalties will be applied to the rescheduled event.10% base cancellation fee
•     There will be No Reduction for any cancellation/no-show penalty even if your spot is filled.

Typical Event

• Events start at 7:00am for registration and tech inspections.
• 8:30AM Registration Closes – No-show/open spots distributed to walk-ups
• 9:00am driver’s meeting and novice instruction
• Vehicles on course at 10:00am
• Lunch ~12:30
• Track secured at 6:00pm.
