Cost: Online Payment/Pre-Pay: WHRRI member    $195.00 Non-Member          $220.00 *Day of Event: WHRRI member    $220.00 Non-Member          $260.00 Open Wheel (2 sessions) Online Payment – WHRRI member     $100.00 Online Payment – Non-Member          $110.00 *This event will include a dedicated Competition run group* ** This event will include 2 sessions for Open Wheel vehicles** *3 pack and 6 pack discount packages are available Cancellation Policy (Changed for 2022 – please read!)     10% base cancellation fee     30% cancellation fee if notification is  received between 48 to 72 hours of the event.     50% cancellation fee for notification received in the 48 to 24 hours prior to the event.     100% cancellation fee within 24 hours prior to event.     No Show or arrival after Registration Close on event day will lose their spot and receive NO REFUND.        Track Pack/Credit cancellations: Penalties will be applied to the rescheduled event.10% base cancellation fee     There will be No Reduction for any cancellation/no-show penalty even if your spot is filled. Typical Event Events start at 7:00am for registration and tech inspections. 8:30AM Registration Closes – No-show/open spots distributed to walk-ups 9:00am driver’s meeting and novice instruction Vehicles on course at 10:00am Lunch ~12:30 Track secured at 6:00pm.
