Ladies Adventure Day is open to ladies 18 or older.

You need not be a member to participate. No experience necessary.

You’ll spend the day with qualified instructors honing your skills in each of the disciplines noted above, all equipment/material provided.

Participants must pre-register for this activity.  There are 72 oepnings and the cost is $40 (paid at registration).
