The Winter Archery Leagues are more than halfway complete, and will be winding down before you know it. At the conclusion of the Winter Leagues, we will have the Winter Banquet again this year at the Main Club. The banquet is scheduled for April 13th with doors open at 5:00pm.
The Indoor 3D shoots held this Winter were very well attended. We have one more indoor 3D shoot this winter before we move outdoors. The shoot will be on Sunday March 10th. The shoot starts at 9:00am and runs until 2:00pm. 30 3D targets will be set on the indoor range. The first outdoor 3D shoot of the year will take place on April 14th, also starting at 9:00am.
On March 16th and 17th, we will be holding the Club Championship. On Saturday the line time is 5:00pm and Sunday’s line time is 10:00am. Sign up sheets will be posted at the club.
Over the past few years, we have had members ask about evening workbees. Many members are unable to come to the morning workbees and have asked if we could hold evening workbees so that they can get some work hours toward their membership dues and help around the Archery Club. We are trying again this year to accommodate those members by having a workbee on Tuesday evenings starting at 5:00pm. We have an evening workbee coordinator that will be there with task plans for the evening.
Come join us at the monthly Archery Club Meeting. The meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month in the Archery Club Building starting at 7:00pm.
