Need Firewood?
January 21, 2022I hope everyone that got out in the woods hunting this fall was successful!
The Archery Calendar for 2022 has been finalized and is posted on the Archery Club website (check the link below). We will also be printing schedule cards that you can pick up at the Archery Building.
In December we have added a number of new shoots:
On December 3rd and 17th we are hosting Smack Down shoots. This is a Vegas 300 game with money to be won. This should draw some of the best shooters in the area. Come out and watch or join in. It is open to everyone.
On December 10th – 11th we will be hosting the IAA Indoor 3D shoot. This is the 1st Leg of the Indoor Super Slam. The IAA shoots are also open to everyone and are expected to draw some very good archers.
As previously mentioned we will be rebuilding the indoor archery wall on December 4th. Please come out and help and enjoy a busy but fun morning with fellow club members.
We are continuing to take orders for the newly designed Archery shirts and hoodies. The new design has been received very positively with lots of orders being filled. We will keep an order form posted in the archery building.
It’s not to late to get some firewood for the winter months. We have had some club members taking advantage of the offer to get a load of firewood for a modest donation. Just give me a call or talk to one of the archery representatives to schedule a time to come cut up a load!
Come out and join us at the Archery Club meetings. Check the back of the Club Magazine for the dates. The meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month. If you would like to be put on distribution for the Archery Club meeting minutes please contact me with your e-mail address.
It seems like the fall blew right past us and now it’s time to wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year!! Enjoy the holidays!
