Archery Club News

The Indoor Fall Leagues are winding down and it is time to start planning for the early winter Shoots, Leagues, and Saturday Instructional. The Archery Club is about to get very busy!!

On Friday, December 2nd and 9th at 6:30 pm we will host Smackdown Money Shoots. Come join in on the fun and maybe win some $$$. Check the Club Magazine and Archery Facebook page for details.

On December 16th, 17th, and 18th we will be hosting an IAA Indoor 3D shoot. There will be an evening line on Fri-day the 16th, a morning and early afternoon line on Saturday the 16th, and a morning line on Sunday the 18th. Watch for a notice on the exact times.

Winter Leagues and Instructional start the first week in January as follows:
January 2nd (Monday) – Traditional Leagues at 9:00am and 7:00pm
January 3rd (Tuesday) – Animal League at 7:00pm
January 4th (Wednesday) – NFAA League at 9:30am
January 5th (Thursday) – NFAA League at 5:30pm. – Target League at 8:00pm (details being developed)
January 6th (Friday) – NFAA League at 7:00pm
January 7th (Saturday) – Instructional Archery Sessions start at 8:00am and 10:00am. – Youth League at 1:00 pm (10 week league)
January 8th (Sunday) – FITA League at 6:00pm
All leagues (unless noted) are 12 weeks in length. Check the archery club website for a description of the leagues.

We will be rebuilding the Archery wall this year on December 3rd starting at 8:00am. This is a big job and lots of help is needed and appreciated.
Archery will be doing a reverse raffle to pay for the construction of a multilevel Signature Stand to replace the stand nearest the building by the picnic table area. We have applied for the license and will have tickets on hand soon.
The grand prize is $2500. Please support the Archery Club by picking up a few tickets. The drawing will be in April.

Come join us at the monthly Archery Club Meeting. The meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month in the Archery Club Building. We welcome your input!
